<br />J. <br /> Resolution 12-2438 – Supplemental Agreement #2 to the Continuing Professional <br />Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. <br />(ACi) <br /> <br />Resolution 12-2438 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 2 in the amount of $14,600 to the Continuing <br />Professional Development Management Services Contract with Associated Consulting International, Inc. (ACi) <br />for assessment of site/civil/soil development costs critical for developer negotiations and provision of concept <br />visualizations of proposals to develop the 15.74-acre City Center site on U.S. Highway 17-92, and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> K. Resolution 12-2439 – Casselberry Professional Firefighters Collective Bargaining Agreement <br /> <br />Resolution 12-2439 approves and ratifies the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Casselberry <br />and the Casselberry Professional Firefighters (CPF) Union for the term beginning October 1, 2010 and ending <br />September 30, 2012 and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br /> <br /> <br /> L. Resolution 12-2440 – Supplemental Agreement No. 2 to the Cooperative Purchase <br />Agreement with CDM Smith and Related Budget Amendment #13-010 <br /> Resolution 12-2440 approves Supplemental Agreement No. 2 in an amount not to exceed <br />$51,634.76 to the Cooperative Purchase Agreement for Construction Engineering Inspection <br />Services with CDM Smith for additional construction engineering inspection (CEI) services <br />associated with the City’s Winter Park Drive Realignment Project – Phase II, and related <br />Budget Amendment #13-010, which is necessary to cover the additional CEI costs associated <br />with this agreement. <br /> <br /> M. Budget Amendment #12-074 – Adjustments to the FY 2011-2012 Budget <br /> <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-074 providing for recognition of certain one-time expenses and <br />revenues resulting in minor budget adjustments to the FY 2011-2012 Budget is requested. <br /> <br /> N. Letter of Conditional Local Financial Commitment to the FlexBus Project <br />Consideration of a letter of conditional local financial commitment to provide local funding for the FlexBus <br />Project is requested. <br /> <br /> O. Piggyback Purchase from Fausnight Stripe & Line, Inc. for Pavement Striping Services for <br />Various City Streets <br />Consideration of a piggyback purchase under Seminole County Contract No. IFB-600325-08/GMG from <br />Fausnight Stripe & Line, Inc. in the amount of $15,821.14 to provide pavement striping services for various City <br />streets is requested. <br /> <br /> P. Purchase of Recreation Center Flooring & Related Budget Amendment #13-011 <br /> <br />Consideration to purchase new flooring for the Casselberry Recreation Center in the amount of $9,796.58 and <br />related Budget Amendment #13-011 is requested. <br /> <br /> Q. Department Directors Cost of Living Adjustment and Related Budget Amendment #13-007 <br /> <br />Consideration to provide a 3% cost of living adjustment (COLA) to designated Department Directors employed by <br />the City at the end of Fiscal Year 2012 and related Budget Amendment #13-007 is requested. <br /> <br /> R. Emergency Gravity Sewer Point Repair and Related Budget Amendment #13-008 <br />This item is to advise the City Commission of emergency gravity sewer repairs performed by Blue Ox Enterprises, <br />LLC in the amount of $66,180.92 and requests consideration of related Budget Amendment #13-008. <br /> <br /> S.
