Resolution 12 -2426 — Freeman Lot 7 Re -plat at the Northwest Corner of Bridle Path and N. Winter Park Drive (SP12 -U "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "FREEMAN LOT 7 RE- PLAT "; ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2426 approves a re -plat creating two conforming parcels on the northwest corner of Bridle Path and N. Winter Park Drive. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Acting Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 12 -2426. E. Resolution 12 -2428 — Supplement #1 to the Cooperative Purchase with Connect Consulting, Inc. for S -1 Well Head Modifications atthe South Water Treatment Plant "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE RE -PLAT FOR WAWA MARKET ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF EASEMENTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2428 approves Supplement #1 in an amount not to exceed $15,600 to the Cooperative Purchase with Connect Consulting, Inc. (CCI) for S -1 well head modifications at the South Water Treatment Plant. Budget Im pact: Funds to cover the cost associated with Supplement # 1 to the Cooperative Purchase with CCI in the not -to- exceed amount of $15,600 have been budgeted and are available in the FY 2013 Water 7 Sewer Water Production Repairs & Maintenance account (401- 0754 - 533.46 -00). Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 12 -2428.
