CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION Minutes of September 10, 2012 — Special Meeting Page 3 of 3 B. Oath of Office — Commission Seat No. 4 — Colleen Hufford The following oath was administered to Colleen Hufford by the City Attorney: "I, Colleen Hufford, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution and Government of the United States and the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State, and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which I am about to enter, So help me God." The oath as administered was signed by Commissioner Hufford and is attached to and made a part of these minutes. C. Oath of Office — Mayor /Commission Seat No. 5 — Charlene Glancy The following oath was administered to Charlene Glancy by the City Attorney: "I, Charlene Glancy, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution and Government of the United States and the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City of Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State, and that I will well and faithfully perform the duties of Mayor /Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on which I am about to enter, So help me God." Mayor Glancy expressed appreciation to family, friends, and community leaders who were in attendance. The oath as administered was signed by Mayor /Commissioner Glancy and is attached to and made a part of these minutes. Mayor Glancy adjourned the special meeting at 6:20 p.m. A reception was held in the Commission Chambers immediately after the special meeting was adjourned prior to the commencement of the regular meeting.
