CERTIFICATION OF 1 <br />RESULTS <br />City Commission Seat #1 <br />Anthony Aramendia Unopposed <br />City Commission Seat #4 <br />Colleen Hufford Unopposed <br />City Mayor /Commission Seat #5 <br />James E. Fraleigh 829 Votes (30.79 %) <br />Charlene Glancy 1863 Votes (69.21%) <br />Casselberry Referendum <br />YES 1436 Votes (51.73 %) <br />NO 1340 Votes (48.27 %) <br />MOTION: Commissioner Miller moved to approve certification of the election <br />results for the August 14, 2012 City Election. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Solomon. Motioned passed unanimously by voice vote <br />5 -0. <br />A. Oath of Office — Commission Seat No. 1— Anthony Aramendia <br />The following oath was administered to Anthony Aramendia by the City Attorney: <br />"I, Anthony Aramendia, do solemnly swear that I will support, protect and defend the Constitution and <br />Government of the United States and the State of Florida; and the Charter and Ordinances of the City <br />of Casselberry; and that I am duly qualified to hold office under the Constitution of the State, and that <br />I will well and faithfully perform the duties of Commissioner of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on <br />which I am about to enter, So help me God." <br />The oath as administered was signed by Commissioner Aramendia and is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br />
