Funds for the City Labor Attorney invoice are available in FY 2012 Budget Account No. 001- <br />0140- 514.31 -02. Funds for Change Order No. tare available in the Recreation Center Building Improvements <br />Account No. 001- 0420 - 579.69 -25. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the Special Invoice Report, as <br />submitted. <br />B. Resolution 12 -2410 — Solid Waste Fuel Charge Rate Adjustment <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL OF A RATE ADJUSTMENT FOR FUEL IN ACCORDANCE <br />WITH THE COOPERATIVE PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE <br />COLLECTION WITH WASTE PRO OF FLORIDA, INC. (WASTE PRO); PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2410 approves a fuel charge adjustment payable to Waste Pro of Florida (Waste <br />Pro) for solid waste collection from October 1, 2012 to March 31, 2013 in the amount of $2,226.30. <br />Budget Impact: Funds to cover the increase in Solid Waste collection rates are available in Fund Account <br />#118- 0730 - 534.34 -00. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />12 -2410, as submitted. <br />C. Budget Amendment #12 -073 — Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds for <br />Holocaust Memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida <br />Introduction: Consideration to donate $3,000 from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund to the Holocaust <br />memorial Resource and Education Center of Florida and related Budget Amendment #12 -073 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There will be no impact to the City Budget. The funds are available and will betaken from <br />the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund (104- 0000 - 389.90 -00) and transferred to the Other Current Charges <br />and Obligations (104- 0610 - 521.49 -00) fund. <br />
