CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 23, 2012 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 11 <br />Discussion: A brief discussion ensued regarding concerns about the concepts and design standards for <br />additional residential and commercial development along the Seminola Boulevard corridor. <br />Mayor Glancy called for a vote on the motion to approve Ordinance 12 -1376, as amended. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 -0. <br />No items were scheduled on this agenda. <br />A. Resolution 12 -2399 — Legacy Park Planned Development Amending Tract G <br />(SPR 11 -21) <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 12 -2399 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, TO AMEND THE <br />DESIGNATED DEVELOPMENT TYPE WITHIN "TRACT G" OF THE LEGACY PARK PLANNED <br />DEVELOPMENT FROM "MULTI- FAMILY" TO "GARDEN HOME "; PROVIDING FOR <br />CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Staff Presentation: Sandra Smith, Development Services Manager, stated that, if approved, this resolution <br />would amend the Legacy Park Planned Development to allow Tract G to change from townhomes to garden <br />homes. <br />Audience Input: No one came forward to address this item. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve Resolution 12 -2399, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. Motion carried <br />unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />B. Resolution 12 -2400 — Street Lighting Assessment Preliminary Rate Resolution <br />The City Clerk read Resolution 12 -2400 by title as follows: <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, RELATING TO THE <br />PROVISIONS OF STREET LIGHTING SERVICES, FACILITIES AND PROGRAMS WITHIN THE <br />INCORPORATED AREA OF THE CITY COMPRISING THE STREET LIGHTING SERVICE <br />AREA; ESTABLISHING THE ESTIMATED RATES FOR STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENTS <br />FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2012; DIRECTING THE PREPARATION OF <br />
