CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of July 23, 2012 —Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 11 <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTE <br />A. Minutes of July 9, 2012 — Special Meeting /Attorney- Client Session <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the July 9, 2012 <br />Special Meeting /Attorney- Client Session, as presented. Motion was seconded by <br />Commissioner Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />B. Minutes of June 11, 2012 - Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2012 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />A. Presentation — Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for Fiscal Year 2011 -2012 <br />Mayor Glancy presented Interim Finance Director Rebecca Bowman with the Distinguished Budget <br />Presentation Award for Fiscal year 2011 -2012 fiom the Govermnent Finance Officers' Association. She noted <br />that this was the 7`h consecutive year the City has received the award, and commended Ms. Bowman and the <br />Finance Department for their contributions. <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Mayor Glancy announced persons that wished to make comment or make inquiry on any matter not on the <br />agenda, may request to be recognized during Citizens' Comments. Mayor Glancy announced the rules of <br />decorum. <br />1. Mr. Glen Weatherholtz, 36 Carriage Hill Circle, voiced concerns about residents who are not <br />maintaining their properties in Carriage Hill, and the enforcement measures being taken by <br />the City on those violations. <br />
