Minutes of May 14, 2012 — Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the May 14, 2012 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Miller. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />B. Minutes of April 23, 2012 - Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 23, 2012 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Miller. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />C. Minutes of April 23, 2012 - Workshop <br />MOTION: Commissioner Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the April 23, 2012 <br />Workshop, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner Solomon. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5 — 0. <br />A. Commendation — Recognition of Marshall Polston <br />Mayor Glancy and the Commissioners recognized Marshall Polston and presented him with a plaque <br />cormnending him for his visionary efforts and dedicated service in the restoration of the Concord Cemetery. <br />B. Presentation — Economic Development — A Case Study for Success <br />Community Development Director Don Martin made a presentation on the economic development efforts of <br />the Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) resulting in MultiCultural Media Solutions, Inc.'s decision to <br />locate its offices and production studio in the City of Casselberry at 4200 U.S. Highway 17 -92. A copy of the <br />presentation is attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />
