CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 9, 2012 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 17 <br />Decrease: <br />001 - 0190- 519.58.00 Contingency Reserve 3,130 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and Finance Director recommended approval of Budget Amendment <br />#12 -011. <br />F. Budget Amendment #12 -012 -Recognition of Revenue for Santa Run Event <br />Introduction: Consideration of Budget Amendment #12 -012 to recognize revenue in the amount of $1,005 <br />received from the Woman's Club of Casselberry ($200), Casselberry Veterans Inc. & Auxiliary ($400), <br />Casselberry Professional Firefighters Union ($130), Casselberry Chamber of Commerce ($200), Publix ($50) <br />and Sam's Club ($25) for the Santa Run event is requested. <br />Budget Impact: The impact to the budget is an increase to the Fire Department's Promotional Activities <br />account (001- 0310- 522.48 -00) in the amount of $1,005 and an increase to the Contributions/Donations /Private <br />Sector revenue account (001- 0000 - 366.91 -00) in the amount of $1,005. <br />BA #12 -012 <br />Explanation of Request: This item seeks to recognize revenue received as a result of donations from several <br />sources in the total amount of $1,005 and to appropriate funds to help finance and facilitate the December <br />2011 Santa Run. <br />Account Number Account Description Amount <br />Increase: <br />001- 0000 - 366.91 -00 Contributions/Donations /Private Sources $1,005 <br />001 - 0310 - 522.48 -00 Promotional Activities $1,005 <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Fire Chief recommended approval of Budget Amendment #12- <br />012. <br />G.
