Budget Impact: Funds for electrical maintenance and repair are incorporated into the current year's budget, account #46, Repairs and Maintenance. Recommendation: The City Manager and Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 12- 2332. B. Resolution 12 -2334 -Modification to the 2010 -11 Urban and Community Forestry Grant Memorandum of Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A MODIFICATION TO THE 2010 -I1 URBAN AND COMMUNITY FORESTRY GRANT MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE STAET OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND CONSUMER SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2334 provides for consideration of a modification to the 2010 -11 Florida Urban and Community Forestry Grant Memorandum of Agreement to reduce anticipated cumulative wages for the Urban Forestry Technician position and to allow grant funding for tree planting. Budget Impact: The tree plantings require a match of $4,783.35. The adopted Fiscal Year 2012 budget contains funding from the Tree Fund in the amount of $256,500 for account number 115- 070 - 541.46 -15 (associated with street tree plantings), so sufficient funds are readily available to cover the match. Therefore, this grant modification essentially leverages $4,783.35 of already planned Tree Fund monies in order to obtain an additional $4,783.35 worth of trees for the City. Recommendation: The City Manager and Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 12- 2334. C. Resolution 12 -2335 - FY 2012 First Quarter Budget Amendments "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2011 AND ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,2012; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 12 -2335 provides for consideration for formally adopt budget amendments approved during the first quarter of FY2012. Budget Impact: The First Quarter Budget Amendment spreadsheet details changes to the budget as a result of Budget Amendments adopted by the City Commission at various meetings during the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2012. These changes are presented in summary in the attached "First Quarter Budget Amendments" spreadsheet and reflect changes in individual funds.
