f --- W` <br />The City Commission of the City of Casselberry held a workshop on Monday, December 10, 2012 at 5:30 <br />p.m., Casselberry City Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />ELECTED OFFICIALS PRESENT: <br />Charlene Glancy, Mayor / Commissioner - Seat No. 5 <br />Colleen Hufford, Vice Mayor /Commissioner - Seat No. 4 <br />Sandra Solomon, Commissioner - Seat No. 3 <br />Jon Miller, Commissioner — Seat No. 2 <br />Anthony Aramendia, Commissioner — Seat No. 1 <br />STAFF MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Donna G. Gardner, City Clerk <br />Kelly Brock, Assistant Public Works Director /City Engineer <br />Mark Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />Marty Pawlikowski, Special Projects Coordinator <br />��1� - I M 1 <br />Mayor Glancy called the workshop of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:37 p.m. <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />City Manager Randy Newlon explained that the street light assessment program was first implemented in 2010 <br />after an extensive study was conducted. He stated that it was set up with exemptions that were defined in the <br />program; there were assumptions made that estimated costs and also afforded the addition of 25 new street <br />lights per year; and rates were developed that were believed to be sufficient to resource the program for three <br />years. He added that the City was now in year four of the program and tonight the Commission was being <br />requested to reconsider the program and provide guidance to staff. <br />
