CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of October 24, 2011 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 9 <br />Reported that she had attended a meeting last Friday at the invitation of Senator David Simmons regarding <br />SunRail. She stated that the invitation had been extended to the mayors of all the cities which will have <br />SunRail stations and to the neighboring cities. She further stated that Sen. Simmons' discussion focused on <br />infrastructure, legislative and funding issues relating to SunRail. <br />F. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County(CALNO) Report — Vice Mayor <br />Hufford <br />No report. <br />G. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report — Commissioner Solomon <br />No report. <br />A. City Commission Goals — Fourth Quarter Progress Report <br />• Distributed the FY 2011 Fourth Quarter report for the Commission's review. A copy of the report is <br />attached to and made a part of these minutes. <br />Ms. Babb- Nutcher advised that Ms. Reischmann was requesting direction to schedule an attorney client session <br />in the Meeks vs. Casselberry case. The Commission agreed as a whole that Ms. Reischmann should schedule <br />the attorney client session when she felt it appropriate. <br />No report. <br />Commissioner Susan Doerner — Seat No. 1: <br />® Requested Ms. Lipscomb to elaborate on the letter received from Chef Keogh. Ms. Lipscomb advised <br />that the chef was using the City's deadline to pressure his investors to make a decision and that he <br />would be back to the City with a response by the end of the month. <br />
