Resolution 11 -2316 — Agreement with Gabriel Roeder Smith & Company for <br />Pension Advisory Services <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />ACCEPTING AND APPROVING THE PROPOSAL FROM GABRIAL ROEDER SMITH & <br />COMPANY FOR PENSION ADVISORY SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 11 -2316 accepts and approves the proposal fiom Gabriel Roeder Smith & Company <br />dated October 3, 2011 for pension advisory services. <br />Budget Impact: Sufficient funds to cover this expense are available in the Human Resources division budget <br />for Professional Services (001- 0150 - 513.31 -00). <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 11- <br />2316. <br />D. Resolution 11 -2317 — Conveyance of City Parcel No. 1161 to the Florida <br />Department of Transportation for the S.R. 436/U.S. Highway 17 -92 Flyover Project <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AUTHORIZING THE APPROVAL AND EXECUTION OF A QUIT CLAIM DEED CONVEYING <br />CITY PARCEL NO. 116.1 TO THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 11 -2317 approves the Quit Claim Deed to convey City Parcel No. 116.1 to the <br />Florida Department of Transportation and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the <br />City. <br />Background: The engineering /design of the S.R. 436 and U.S. Highway 17 -92 Flyover Project has been <br />completed and several City easement parcels were identified to be acquired by FDOT for the proposed <br />construction of the infrastructure improvements. One such parcel is Parcel No. 116.1, which encumbers <br />easements rights within the right -of -way of Pine Street, a Seminole County street. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City budget. <br />
