On average the City receives $2,500 per vehicle at auction, <br />which will result in an estimated $45,000 return to the City. Resolution 13 -2464 — Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the <br />Standard Consulting Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc., for the Design of <br />Structural Improvements for the Water Reclamation Facility Blower Housing <br />Building <br />"A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.4 WITH REISS ENGINEERING, INC. FOR WATER AND <br />SEWER UTILITY ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY'S WATER <br />RECLAMATION FACILITY AERATION SYSTEM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />Introduction: Resolution 13 -2464 approves Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement No. 4 to the <br />Standard Consultant Agreement with Reiss Engineering, Inc., for the design of structural improvements for the <br />water reclamation facility blower housing building for an amount not to exceed $9,100.00, and authorizes the <br />Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. <br />Budget Impact: Funding to cover the costs associated with Amendment No. 1 to Supplemental Agreement <br />No. 4 (for an amount not to exceed $9,100 without prior authorization) is available in the Public Works Water <br />Reclamation Professional Services Account 4401- 0753 - 535.31 -04. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution <br />13 -2464. <br />
