<br />OPPORTUNITY TO EXCEED THE NUMBER OF EVENTS IN PART II,
<br />CHAPTER 14, AMUSEMENTS, ARTICLE II, SPECIAL EVENT, OPEN AIR
<br />SALES, OPEN AIR FOOD SALES, SEASONAL SALES, AND TEMPORARY
<br />STRUCTURES, DIVISION 1, GENERALLY; DELETING A PORTION OF PART

<br />CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, the Casselberry City Code of Ordinances was codified by Ordinance No. 757,
<br />as adopted by the City Commission on March 1, 1993; and effective on March 1, 1993; and
<br />WHEREAS, Part III, Unified Land Development Regulations, of the Code of
<br />Ordinances of the City of Casselberry was adopted by Ordinance No. 757 by the Casselberry City
