WHEREAS, as required by the terms of the Ordinance, notice of a public hearing has been <br />published and mailed to each property owner proposed to be assessed notifying such property owner of the <br />opportunity to be heard; the proof of publication and an affidavit of mailing are attached hereto, as <br />Appendices B and C respectively; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing has been duly held and comments and objections of all interested <br />persons have been heard and considered as required by the terms of the Ordinance. <br />THEREFOR <br />O. FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY. This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Ordinance, Chapter 166, <br />Florida Statutes, and other applicable provisions of law. <br />SECTION 2. DEFINITIONS. This Resolution is the Final Related Service Assessment Resolution <br />as defined in the Initial Related Service Assessment Resolution. All capitalized terms in this Final <br />Resolution shall have the meanings defined in the Ordinance and the Initial Assessment Resolution. <br />SECTION 3. RELATED SERVICE AMOUNT. A "Related Service Amount" of $30.50 per Benefit <br />Unit will be used for each Fiscal Year. The amount is computed by dividing (1) the maximum amount of the <br />Related Services Costs by (2) the total number of Benefits Units (the number of platted lots, not to include <br />the undeveloped tracts) located within the Summerset North Assessment Area. <br />SECTION 4. DESIGNATION OF THE ASSESSMENT AREA. The Summerset North Assessment <br />Area is hereby designated to include the property described in Appendix A hereto. The Summerset North <br />Assessment Area was created for the purpose of enhancing the use and enjoyment of property located <br />therein by funding the Summerset North Subdivision Wall and providing for its operation and maintenance. <br />SECTION 5. CONFIRMATION OF INITIAL ASSESSMENT RESOLUTION. The Initial <br />Assessment Resolution is hereby ratified and confirmed. <br />SECTION 6. APPROVAL OF ASSESSMENT ROLL. The Assessment Roll, which is currently on <br />file with the City Clerk and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved. <br />Resolution 05 -1608 <br />Page 2 of 7 <br />
