<br />SECTION 1. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Part Il, "Administration ",
<br />Chapter 70, "Solid Waste ", Article I, "In General ", Sections 70 -1 through 70 -3, are hereby repealed in their
<br />entirety and the remaining Sections within Article I shall be renumbered as follows:
<br />See. 70 -4 Sec. 70 -1 Dumping refuse or rubbish along streets
<br />See. 70 6 Sec, 70 -2 Spilling rock, sand, etc, on street

<br />SECTION 2. The title of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Part II,
<br />"Administration ", Chapter 58, "Offenses and Miscellaneous Provisions" is hereby amended as follows:
<br />Chapter 58 "Offenses, Public Nuisances, and Miscellaneous Provisions ".
<br />SECTION 3. The Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida, Part II, "Administration ",
<br />Chapter 58, "Offenses, Public Nuisances, and Miscellaneous Provisions ", is hereby amended by adding a
<br />new Article VI, "Public Nuisances and Abatement " ", which Article shall read as follows:
<br />ARTICLE VI. PUBLIC NUISANCES AND ABATEMENT.
<br />Section 58 -120. Definitions.
<br />The following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to
<br />them in this Section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning:
<br />Accumulate. To pile up, collect, or gather together over a period of time.
<br />Building material. Sand, earth, humus, wood, stone, brick, concrete, construction blocks, roofing.
<br />wallpaper and other materials remaining after construction work of any type is complete.
<br />Debris. Furniture, appliances, electronics, equipment, tools, and household items that are meant
<br />to be discarded, building material, machinery or parts, vehicle parts and tires, toys or recreational
<br />equipment in disrepair, and other miscellaneous household discards.
<br />Garbage. Waste products of all animal and vegetable matter resulting from growing, processing.
<br />marketing and preparation of food items, including the containers in which these items were packaged.
<br />Occupant. A person who has the use of or occupies a building or a part or fraction of a building,
<br />whether such person is the owner or some other person having the care, custody, possession or control of
<br />the building.
<br />Owner. The person who holds legal title to a building or the agent of that person. or some other
<br />person having the care, custody, possession or control of a building.
<br />Trash. Cans, bottles, paper, cardboard, and similar items.
