Community Redevelopment Agency <br />September 8, 2011 <br />Page 6 of 6 <br />that he spoke with Seminole County regarding the elimination of ad valorem tax and replacing it with sales tax <br />revenue. He felt sales tax revenue was more reliable. Mr, Casselberry questioned if the CRA qualified for federal <br />agency grant funding as an entity and if so, it could be used as a funding source. <br />Mr. Casselberry felf restricting left turns from Piney Ridge onto Highway 17-92 shifted the traffic to Oxford <br />Road. He said this has made it more difficult to get in and out of the neighborhoods.
