CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MELTING <br />APRIL 12, 2012 <br />Ms. Bromaz~, Code Compliance Officer, advised the Board that his case is now in compliance and will zlot <br />be heard. No motion was made, <br />NEW C,A~SES <br />Abandoned/neglected real pz•op,.erty, Art VI Chanter 58 Sec 6(a) <br />® CE~I 103007 142 Spoonhour Dr <br />Mr, Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony foI• the above case, <br />1VIOTION: Mr, Smith moved to find Respondents in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondents correct the violation before 1:00 p,m, on 04/26/2012. In the event Respondent does lint <br />cozx-ply by this date, a fine in the amouzlt of $50,00 pez• day will be imposed for each day the violation <br />cantinues past the afaz•estated date, The Respondents az•e fiu•ther ordered to contact the Cade Compliance <br />Officer to verify compliance with this Order, Mr, Herron seconded the motlon. Mr, Webb stated he I•eceived notice oz~ a <br />different violation, and as far as lae knew on 2/4 there were no violations, He had been paI•king the work <br />thick in the yard and was notified by a neighbor that would be a code violation, and then started parking <br />the work truck iu the dz•lveway, <br />Mr. Webb stated in reading the ordinance lae was sent he tivas not 100% sure he is in violation based on the <br />copy of the code ]ze has. <br />lYIOTION: Mr• Henson moved that this case be continued to the 05/10/2012 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting, or to tlae next 1•eg111ar1y scheduled meeting, Mr. Herron seconded the motion, The motioxz passed <br />unanimously, <br />Desi lgilated„~arkin~, City Code Section 3-10.9 {A) (4) <br />cE-12-00266 ~~a Bayou DI• <br />Mr, Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />MOTI[Ol~l: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondent in this case in violation of the City Code as charged and <br />that Respondent correct the violation before 1:00 p,m. on 04/26/2012, In the event Respondent does not <br />comply by this date, a fine in the amou:zt of $25.00 per day will be imposed far each day the violation <br />continues past. the aforestated date.
