This was the tenant's <br />problem but the lien was on hire. <br />Ms. Hale asked if Mr. Tran was on site and if he lived in this area. <br />Mr. Tran stated he lives in Qrange County, and advised he has a management company. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved that the Board reeomtnend to the City Commission that the lien will ba <br />reduced in this case from $14,400 to $1,000, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's order or the <br />fine reverts to the original fine amount, The reason for this reduction is alleged notification issues.
