CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEETING <br />APRIL I2, 2012 <br />Dumpstel• screening requirement, Citv Code Section 3-10.2.3 <br />® CE-11-00701 1391 SR 436 <br />MI•, BI'own, Cade Compliance Supervisor, advised the City recommends a reduction from $1,400 to $1,000 <br />due to Wells Faa•go correcting the violation as soon as they were able to do so. <br />MOTION; Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien will be <br />reduced in this case from $1,400 to $1,000, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's order or the fine <br />reverts to the original fine amount, The reason for this reduction is the batik did not have control of this <br />property at the time of tine violation. Brown, Code COrllp11at1ee Supervisor, advised the Board that staff recaznmends a reduction from <br />$14,400 to $1,000. <br />Klzatih Tran, 1810 SR 436, Winter Park, FL stated he was Iaot aware of the situation. This was the tenant's <br />problem but the lien was on hire. <br />Ms. Hale asked if Mr. Tran was on site and if he lived in this area. <br />Mr. Tran stated he lives in Qrange County, and advised he has a management company. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved that the Board reeomtnend to the City Commission that the lien will ba <br />reduced in this case from $14,400 to $1,000, to be paid within 60 days of the commission's order or the <br />fine reverts to the original fine amount, The reason for this reduction is alleged notification issues. Mz•• <br />Henson seconded the motion. The permit was obtained and fines paid for the repeat. <br />violation, Mr. Brown advised the Board that staff recommences a reduction from $9,850 to $5,000. <br />MOTION: Mt•, Hensotz moved that the Board recommend to the City Carmnission that the lien will be <br />reduced in this case from $9,850 to $5,000, to be paid ~vitllin 60 days of the commission's order or the fine <br />reverts to the original fine arnotzrrt• The reason for this reduction is alleged notification issues, severity of <br />the violation and prompt response to the repeat violation, Mr. Herron seconded the motion.
