MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find that Respondent(s) in this case failed to correct the violation by the time specified in this Board's prior order in this case and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order and will continue to run until the property is brought into compliance and an affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Herron seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. STANDING ORDERS REQUESTED Parlsin~ utility trailer(s), City Code Section 3-10.9 ® CE-12-00002 445 Lakeside Pl Mr. Rivera, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony. Sean Dieterich, 445 Lakeside Place provided photos of his property. Mr. Dieterich stated he put a lot of money into this property. Mr. Dieterich feels he has been unfairly targeted and he and Mr. Rivera did not have kind words a couple of times, he is filing formal complaints with the City. Matt Proufals, 2551 Slsaw Creels, Clermont, FL property manager stated Mr. Dieterich has been a tenant for the past 15 months. At Mr. Dieterich's expense he has put in a lot of flowers and landscaping. MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find Respondent(s) in this case was/were in violation of City Code as charged and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Compliance Officer; that the violation is now corrected and no fine imposed. Any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
