Section III - Conditions of Annexation E. The owners and petitioners for annexation agree to formation and dedication of a buffer zone park south of Derbyshire Road and north of the backside of the existing developed lots in Forest Brook Subdivision. This covenant refers to the approximate western half of the proposed extension at Derbyshire Road; it being understood that the buffer zone park would be approximately 50 feet in depth and approximately 600 to 700 feet in length. It is agreed by the owners and petitioners for annexation that this park area will unequivocably be perpetually dedicated to the City for park pur- poses. SECTION 3 - The City of Casselberry, Florida, Ordinance No. 268, Section III - Conditions of Annexation, Subparagraph G, is hereby amended to read as follows: Section III - Conditions of Annexation G. The owners and petitioners for annexation agree to the gross density of ten (10) units per acre as to the total 52.5 acres, which are the sub- ject matter of this Ordinance. SECTION 4 - The City of Casselberry, Florida, Ordinance No. 268, Section III - Conditions of Annexation, Subparagraph H, is hereby repealed. SECTION 5 - The City of Casselberry, Florida, Ordinance No. 268, Section III - Conditions of Annexation, Subparagraph K, is hereby repealed. SECTION 6 - Confirmation - Except as herein amended, modified, altered and supplemented, Ordinance No. 268 is con- firmed, ratified and approved. SECTION 7 - Severability - The provisions of this Ordi- nance are declared to be separable; if any section, clause or phrase of this Ordinance shall, for any reason, be held to be invalid or unconstitutional, such decision shall not affect the validity of the remaining sections, sentences, clauses and phrases of this Ordinance, but they shall remain in effect, it being the legislative intent that this Ordinance shall stand, notwithstanding the invalidity of any part. SECTION 8 - Conflicts - All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this ordi- nance are hereby repealed.
