<br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA,
<br />AMENDING SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE NUMBER 268
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR
<br />SEVERABILITY; CONFLICTS AND EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br />WHEREAS, Ordinance Number 268 was adopted by the City
<br />Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on February 4, 1974
<br />and recorded in Official Records Book 1008, Page 1529 to 1537,
<br />Public Records of Seminole County, Florida; and
<br />WHEREAS, Mr. William O'Neal, on behalf of the owner,
<br />Mr. Robert Green, and the City of Casselberry, Florida, desire
<br />to amend specific sections of Ordinance No. 268; and
<br />WHEREAS, the amendment of Ordinance No. 268 will serve
<br />the best interests of the City of Casselberry, Florida, and
<br />critical development needs of Mr. William O'Neal; and
<br />WHEREAS, Mr. William O'Neal has requested the City
<br />Council of the City of Casselberry, Florida, on behalf of the
<br />owner, Mr. Robert Green, to amend Ordinance No. 268.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
<br />OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS:
<br />SECTION 1 - That the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />Ordinance No. 268, Section II<- Conditions of Annexation, Sub-
<br />paragraph B, is hereby amended to read as follows:
<br />Section III - Conditions of Annexation
<br />B. The owners and petitioners for annexation
<br />agree to four (4) lane Derbyshire Road from its
<br />east terminus at Lake Howell Road, into the devel-
<br />opment proposed for construction, a distance of
<br />three hundred (300) feet on the legal description
<br />described --herein-, - and further agree to furnish
<br />acceleration lanes and a left -turn lane on Lake
<br />Howell Road.
<br />SECTION 2 - That the City of Casselberry, Florida,
<br />Ordinance No. 268, Section IIS,- Conditions of Annexation, Sub-
<br />paragraph E, is hereby amended to read as follows:
