Resolution 12 -2344 — Cooperative Purchase with Wharton - Smith, Inc. for General <br />Construction Manager at Risk for Projects Less Than $2 Million Agreement <br />Introduction: Consideration of Resolution 12 -2344 to approve as a cooperative purchase a General <br />Construction Manager at Risk for Projects Less Than $2,000,000.00 Agreement with Wharton- Smith, Inc. for <br />the construction and renovations of City of Casselberry facilities is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funding exists in the Public Works fiscal budget for the project. However, there is no <br />impact to the budget at this time. Once the agreement with Wharton- Smith, Inc. is approved, funding for <br />projects will be brought forward for approval with an amendment to the agreement specifying the guaranteed <br />maximum price. <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 12 -2344. <br />F. Resolution 12 -2345 - Amendment #1 to an Architectural/Engineering Design <br />Agreement with Starmer Ranaldi Planning and Architecture, Inc. <br />Introduction: Resolution 12 -2345 provides for consideration of Amendment #1 to an <br />Architectural /Engineering Design Agreement between the City of Casselberry and Starmer Ranaldi Planning <br />and Architecture, Inc. for additional design services to the Water /Wastewater Production and Treatment <br />facilities in the amount of $14,600.00 <br />Budget Impact: There will bean impact to the Budget in Sewer Services Professional Services account #401- <br />0753- 535.31 -00 in the amount of $4,964.00 and the Water utility Services Professional Services account #401- <br />0754- 533.31 -00 in the amount of $9,636.00, for a total of $14,600.00. <br />Recommendation: The Interim City Manager and Public Works Director recommended approval of <br />Resolution 12 -2345. <br />This item Ivas removed from the Consent Agenda for separate consideration. <br />H. Donation to Safe House of Seminole County from the State Law Enforcement Trust <br />Fund and Related Budget Amendment #12 -019 <br />Introduction: Consideration to donate $1,000.00 from the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund to Safe House <br />of Seminole County and related Budget Amendment #12 -019 is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There will be no impact to the City Budget. The funds are available and will be taken from <br />the State Law Enforcement Trust Fund. <br />
