E Y INITIATIVES <br />Presentation: Mr. Don Martin, Community Development Director, gave a presentation regarding issues and <br />strategies for North Casselberry. Components included: <br />® A review of the status of the IDEA Business Park; <br />® A residential neighborhood and housing analysis; <br />® An analysis and discussion of the Seminola/Winter Park Drive gateway; and <br />® Seminola Boulevard development, redevelopment, infi•ash•ucture and design standards <br />
