Introduction: Resolution 11-2313 provides for an agreement between the City of Casselberry and Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation in the amount of $219,571.11 for the completion of the Osceola Trail Baffle Boxes Project at Lake Hodge and Gee Creek. Budget Impact: The proposal from Atlantic Civil Constructors Corporation is for a construction cost of $219,571.11. Sufficient funds have been budgeted and are available in Stormwater Utility Account No. 110- 0740-539.67-84 to cover this project. A pot•tion of the funding will be fiom Fiscal Year 2011 rollover funds associated with is project; the remainder is being funded as pat•t of the adopted Fiscal year 2012 Budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Wolks Director recommended approval of Resolution 11-2313. F. Resolution 11-2314 -Conveyance of City Parcel via Warranty Deed to the Casselberry Redevelopment Agency "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A WARRANTY DEED CONVEYING CITY PROPERTY TO THE CASSELBERRY COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY (CRA); PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILTY, AND EFFECTNE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2314 provides for conveyance of a portion of City pat•cel no. 08-21-30-530- 0000-0020 via Warranty Deed to the Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA). Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Resolution 11-2314. G. Resolution 11-2315 - Casselberry Little Lea ug e Agreement for 2011 - 2012 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE CASSELBERRY LITTLE LEAGUE TO UTILIZE FACILITIES AT WIRZ PARK AND SECRET LAIC PARK; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2315 provides for a one (1) year Agreement with the Casselberry Little League for utilization of facilities at Wirz Park and Secret Lake Park with an option of extending the Agreement for one (1) additional year. Budget Impact: The impact to the budget will be an increase in revenues to the General Fund of approximately $5,475.00 per year for fees associated with the terms of the agreement.
