Future A~;enda Items Commissioner Solomon inquired if the presentation that some of the Commissioners viewed individually earlier in the day regarding development of the 15 acre site adjacent to City Hall should be placed on an upcoming agenda for consideration. The City Manager stated that not all of the members of the Commission have an opportunity to view the presentation and that a methodology for bringing the matter fol•ward for consideration was still being developed. B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report -Mavor G1ancX Reported funding of the Welciva Parkway and potential impacts to the 17-92 flyover project was the main topic of discussion at the last MAC meeting. Discussion ensued regarding the matter and consensus of the City Commission was for staff and the Commission to continue to be vigilant with trying to ensure that the flyover project remain number one on the project priority list for the region. The Mayor requested the City Clerk fol•ward information regarding the Welciva Parkway Financing Plan for the October 12ti` Metroplan Board meeting agenda to the City Commission. C. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report - Commissioner Hufford Reported the October Sri' meeting was hosted by Seminole County School Board and the financial concerns of the school system was discussed.
