CASSI;LBI',RRY CITY COMMISSION <br />D4inutes of September 2C, 2011- Regular Meeting <br />Page 8 of 11 <br />Public Bearing: Mayor Glancy opened the public hearing relative to Resolution 11-2307 to hear and consider <br />comments and questions regarding the City's final operating for the coming fiscal year. No one came forward. <br />Mayor Glancy closed the public hearing relative to Resolution 11-2307. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve Resolution 11-2307, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Vice Mayor Miller. Motion carried unanimously by <br />voice vote 5 - 0. <br />10. Ms. Sandra Smith, Chief Planner, stated that issue is on the Community Development <br />Depai~nent's list to address within the next year. <br />Vice Mayor Miller inquired about the statlts of possibly waiving impact fees. The City Manager stated a study <br />is planned to be conducted this yeal• and recommendations will be brought back to the City Commission, but it <br />was not ready yet. <br />B. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report -Mayor G1ancX <br />No report. <br />
