G. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens - 609 Brittany Court Introduction: Consideration to reduce two code enforcement liens on the property located at 609 Brittany Court for case numbers CE-09-03981 (lien amount $300) and CE-11-00228 (lien amount $6,350) fiom a total of $6,650 to $150 to be paid within 60 days is requested. The Code Enforcement Board recommended the reduction to $150 at their August 11, 2011 meeting. Budget Impact: The lien amount paid would be recognized in the City Budget as income received. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Code Enforcement Board's recommendation to reduce the liens to $150 to be paid within 60 days. H. Requests for Reduction of Multiple Code Enforcement Liens -1320 Lancelot Way Introduction: Consideration to reduce three code enforcement liens on the property located at1320 Lancelot Way for case numbers CE-00-03011 (lien amount $5,700), CE-09-01592 (lien amount $5,825) and CE-09- 03339(lien amount $10,150) from a total of $21,675 to $7,100 to be paid within 60 days is requested. The Code Enforcement Board recommended the reduction to $7,100 at their September 8, 2011 meeting. Budget Impact: The lien amount paid would be recognized in the City Budget as income received. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Community Development Director recommended approval of Code Enforcement Board's recommendation to reduce the liens to $7,100 to be paid within 60 days. L Resolution 11-2309 - FY 2011 Foul-th Quarter Budget Amendment "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE ANNUAL OPERATING BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 2010 AND ENDING SETPEMBER 30, 2011; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2309 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments approved during the
