CASS2030 Plan Presentation (Added to Agenda) <br />At the request of the City Manager, Mr. Donald Martin, Community Development Director, came forward and <br />gave a presentation to the City Commission regarding the CASS2030 Plan. Mr. MaI•tin stated the goal of the <br />CASS2030 Plan is an economically viable vision that maximizes the development potential and transportation <br />infrastructure investment of the area. A copy of the presentation is attached to and made a part of these <br />minutes. <br />C. Replacement Voting Delegate - I+'lorida League of Cities Annual Conference <br />(Added to the Agenda) <br />The City Commission selected Commissioner Colleen Hufford as the voting delegate for the upcoming Florida <br />League of Cities Annual Conference at the June 13, 2011 meeting. Commissioner Hufford announced that she <br />discovered she had a schedule conflict and would not be able to attend the Annual Conference. Commission <br />consensus was to select Mayor Glancy as the City of Casselberly's Voting Delegate for the 2011 Florida <br />League of Cities Annual Conference. <br />D. R. Municipal Advisory Committee (Metroplan) Report -Mayor G1ancX <br />No report. <br />E. ~ Envision Seminole Board Report -Mayor G1ancX <br />No report. <br />F. ~- Mayors/Managers Group Report -Mayor G1ancX <br />Reported the last meeting was held on July 19t~' and was hosted by the City of Casselberly. The topic discussed <br />was the urgent funding needs and options of the Seminole County Public School System.
