Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Worlcs Director recommended approval of Resolution 11-2267. F. Resolution 11-2268 -Cooperative Purchase Agreement with Dunlap & Associates, Inc. for Financial Advisory Services "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING A COOPERATIVE PURCHASE FROM DUNLAP & ASSOCIATES, INC. UTILIZING THEIR AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF NORTH MIAMI BEACH FOR FINANCIAL ADVISORY SERVICES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2268 provides for a cooperative purchase agreement with Dunlap & Associates, Inc. utilizing their agreement with the City of North Miami Beach for financial advisory services. Budget Impact: This item does not have an immediate budget impact. Fees based on the agreement's schedule would be payable when services are rendered with each new debt issue. The budget impact will be a component of a budget amendment that would be needed with any new debt issue. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Finance Director recommended approval of Resolution 11- 2268. G. Resolution 11-2269 -Agreement for Dispatching Services -Addendum for FY 2011-2012 "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE FY 2011/2012 ADDENDUM TO THE AGREEMENT FOR DISPATCHING SERVICES BETWEEN THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY AND THE SEMINOLE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 11-2269 provides for an addendum for FY 2012-2012 to the existing Agreement for Dispatching Services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of Casselberry in the amount of $386,658. Budget Impact: This amount has been allocated in the proposed FY 2011/2012 budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 11-2269.
