CITY OF CASSELBERRY CODL ENFORCEMENT BOARD MEN ~ LNG AUGUST 14, 2008 PAGE 2 SUBSEQUENT HEARING CE-08-01082 142 SPOONHOUR DRIVE NEDELKOVA, SNEZANA/OWNER OVERGROWN PROPERTY 70-2 (C ) Ketron Brown, Code Enforcement Supervisor updated the Code Enforcement Board on this case. This case was found to be in compliance on 07/30/2008. Lis Pendens was filed on this property 07/28/2008 with the Clerk of the Court. The City is asking that the fine of $100.00 per day be imposed for the six days ofnon-compliance. Robert C. Flint advised that the PowerPoint presentation indicated 07/14/2008 and not 07/24/2008 as stated by Mr. Brown. Mr. Brown stated the date was 07/24/2008 and the City was asking for a motion to impose the fine and record said fine into County records. Alvera Armour, Vice-Chairperson asked if there was anyone from this property present at the 08/14/2008 Hearing. There was no one present. Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent in CEB Case 08-01082 did not comply with the Code Enforcement Board's Order of 07/15/2008 by the date specified in that Order and the fine will be imposed as set forth in that Order. The violation has since complied on 07/30/2008 and therefore, a fine in the amount of $600.00 is herby imposed. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. In the interest of time with the Board's permission each case was not read, this information was entered into record from the PowerPoint Presentation.
