Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony and recommended the request to reduce <br />the liens for the above cases be denied. This recommendation was based on the fact that the <br />property was registered by the lender and code compliance officers had contacted the representative <br />on the registration but they never addressed the violations. <br />Mary Alice Wilder, realtor, requested a reduction of the liens. She advised the Code Enforcement <br />Board that the property was mowed on August 12, 2010 by her client, who owns the property next <br />door. <br />Lee Acker, listing agent for the property advised he had just been asigned the property on 10/13/2011. <br />He then stated the bank has approved payment for the $360 lien and also approved $500 for each of <br />the other two liens. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien reduction <br />request will be denied in this case. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />CONTINUANCE REQUESTE® <br />Parking/large vehicles (dump trucks, wreckers, etc 3-10.9 A,1,B,4 <br />® CE-11-02396 824 Wolf Trl <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the City was requesting a continuance for the <br />above case due to the property owner being hospitalized. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved that this case be continued to the 12/08/2011 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting, or to the next regularly scheduled meeting. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion <br />passed unanimously. <br />OTHER BUSINESS <br />Boat(s~/trailer(/City Code Section 3-10.9 (2~ <br />® CE-11-01977 445 Lakeside Place <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the City was asking the Board to rescind the <br />Standing Order that was imposed, due to the owner not receiving proper notification. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to approve the recommendation by staff to rescind the Standing Order <br />from the previous month. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />NEW CASES <br />Filling without a permit, City Code Section 3-10.6 <br />® CE-11-01060 71 N Winter Park Dr <br />District regulations, City Code Section 2-4.5 & 2-5.3 <br />® CE-11-01077 71 N Winter Park Dr <br />Ms. Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Dr. Kelly Brock, City Engineer for the City of Casselberry and Assistant Public Works Director, <br />advised that the majority of this site in the 100 year flood plain, City Code restricts filling in a flood <br />plain without an engineered plan that compensates for that fill. <br />3~f'a~;e <br />
