Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony and recommended the request to reduce <br />the liens for the above cases be denied. This recommendation was based on the fact that the <br />property was registered by the lender and code compliance officers had contacted the representative <br />on the registration but they never addressed the violations. <br />Mary Alice Wilder, realtor, requested a reduction of the liens. She advised the Code Enforcement <br />Board that the property was mowed on August 12, 2010 by her client, who owns the property next <br />door. <br />Lee Acker, listing agent for the property advised he had just been asigned the property on 10/13/2011. <br />He then stated the bank has approved payment for the $360 lien and also approved $500 for each of <br />the other two liens. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien reduction <br />request will be denied in this case. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. Mr. Henson seconded the motion.
