Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above cases were not in compliance by <br />the date set by the Board and fine should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved to find that Respondents in these cases failed to correct the violations <br />by the time specified in this Board's prior orders in these cases and the fine will be imposed as set <br />forth in those Orders and will continue to run until the properties are brought into compliance and an <br />affidavit of compliance has been filed by the Code Inspector. Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Smith seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS IN COMPLIANCE <br />Trash & debris, City Code Section 70-2(C) <br />® CE-11-01820 1031 Crystal Bowl Cir <br />Trash & debris, City Code Section 70-2(C) <br />® CE-11-02008 221 S Embrey Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above cases were in compliance by the date <br />set by the Board and no fines should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Mr. Smith moved to find that Respondents in these cases have complied with the Board's prior <br />orders by the date specified in those Orders and no fines will be imposed. Mr. Henson seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />CASES WITHDRAWN FROM HEARING <br />Parking/utility trailers, City Code Section 3-10.9 <br />® CE-11-02068 372 Jefferson Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above case was being withdrawn. This is <br />due to the trailer in question being recreational and not subject to the screening requirement until <br />February of 2012. <br />REPEAT VIOLATION <br />Overgrown Property, City Code Section 70-2(C) <br />® CE-11-02432 1958 Spring St , <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above repeat violation case. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find Respondent in this case was in repeat violation of City Code as charged <br />based on the Board's prior order entered against the same Respondent for the same violation. The <br />Respondent brought the property into compliance on 10/27/2011. A fine in the amount of $100.00 is <br />hereby imposed for 27 days of repeat violation. Mr. Herron seconded the motion.
