CITY OF CASSELBERRY BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT The City of Casselberry Board of Adjustment held a public hearing on Thursday, June 23, 2011, at 6:30 P.M., in the Casselberry City Hall Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. Members present were: Mary Anne Gauvin, Chairman Luis Guzman, Vice-Chairman Stanley Weinroth Members absent were: Earl McMullen Phyllis Wallace, Alternate Staff members present: Eric Raasch, Planner I Jason Sorensen, Planning Technician Joni Dixon, Sr. Staff Assistant First Item of Business: Call to OrderlRoll Call The meeting was called to order by Ms. Gauvin at 6:30 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. Second Item of Business: Pledge of Allegiance Ms. Gauvin led the Pledge of Allegiance. Third Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, May 26, 2011. Ms. Gauvin stated the Chairwould entertain a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public hearing held on Thursday, May 26, 2011. Mr. Guzman moved to accept the May 26, 2011 minutes, Mr. Weinroth seconded the motion. The Board was polled and the motion passed unanimously. Fourth Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex-Pane communications. No disclosure of Ex Parte Communications was made by the Commissioners, Fifth Item of Business: BA 11-04:2649 Queen Mary PlacelLarry and Joan Bittle Continued. Variance request to Article V, Section 2-5.4 "Size and Dimension Criteria" and Table 2-5.4 of the Casselberry Unified Land Development Regulations to allow a 12.0 foot rear building setback in lieu of the 15.0 foot building setback required within the PRD zoning district. Mr. Eric Raasch, Planner, reviewed the background information and the analysis of the request, provided in his memorandum to the Board of Adjustment, dated June 23, 2011 (a copy is on file in the Community Development
