Budget Amendment #12-005 -Use of Forfeiture Funds for lRlirz Trail Lighting Project Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-005 to provide lights along the Wirz Trail bike path utilized by the Casselberry Elementary and South Seminole Middle School students in the amount of $1,731.21 is requested. D. Budget Amendment #12-006 -Use of State Law Enforcement Trust Funds to Purchase Ready Response Team Equipment Consideration of Budget Amendment #12-006 to purchase a variety of specialized equipment for the Police Department's recently established Ready Response Team in the amount of $8,488 is requested. E. Resolution 11-2320 -Equipment Schedule No. 09 Exhibits and Documents to the Master Lease Agreement No. 0592 with SunTrust Equipment Finance 8z Leasing Corporation and Related Budget Amendment #12-007 Consideration of Resolution 11-2320 approving Equipment Schedule No. 09 and exhibits to the Master Lease Agreement with SuuTrust Equipment Finance Leasing Cap. for replacement capital equipment in the amount of $706,744 as approved in the FY 2012 Budget is requested. Approval of related Budget Amendment # 12-007 to provide additional fimding in the amount of $3,869 for the purchase of a dump track is also requested. F. Resolution 11-2322 -Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Catnp Dresser ~ McKee, Inc. for Additional Design Services to Utility Improvement Projects Consideration of Resolution 11-2322 approving Amendment No. 2 to Supplemental Agreement No. 1 with Camp Dresser & McKee, Inc. for additional engineering design services for three City utility improvement projects in an amount not to exceed $5,000 is requested. G. Resolution 11-2323 -Perpetual Utility Easement and an Easement Hold Harmless Agreement with AIM Orlando School Building, LLC (Aviation Institute) Consideration of Resolution I 1-2323 approving a Perpetual Utility Easement and an Easement Hold Harmless Agreement between AIM Orlando School Building, LLC (Aviation Institrtte) and the Cit}~ of Casselberry, in conjunction with utility infrastructure improvements within the Aviation Institute property, is requested. H. Resolution 11-2325 - Southland Construction Group, Inc. Settlement Agreement and Associated Budget Amendment #11-062 Consideration of Resolution 11-2325 approving a Settlement Agreement with Southland Construction Group, Inc. in the amount of $15,000 and Budget Amendment # 11-062 is requested. I. Resolution 11-2326 -Amended FY 2011 Fourth Quarter Budget Amendment Consideration of Resolution 11-2326 to formally adopt an amended Fourth Quarter Budget Arnendmeut summary far Fiscal Year 2011 is requested. J. Correction of Code Enforcement Lien Related on 429 Elm Drive Consideration to correct a code enforcement lien that was applied in error on the property located at 429 Ehn Drive (case #CE-10-01378) is requested. 9. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 11-1363 -Special Assessment for Code Enforcement Abatement (LPA 11-20) Consideration of Ordinance 11-1363 to adopt the uniform method fot• collection of non-ad vala•em assessments as provided in Florida Stahrte 197.3632 for the Cit}~'s costs of abating properties that are a public nuisance or have an expired building permit and construction has ceased for over 180 days is requested.
