CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />CITY COMMISSION MEETING <br />Monday, November 14, 2011 15` Floor, Casselbeny City Hall <br />7:00 p.m. 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselbeny, Florida <br />TO THE PUBLIC: Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at these meetings/hearings, <br />they will need a record of the proceedings and for such purpose, they may deed to insure that a verbatim record of the <br />proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based, per <br />Section 286.0105, Florida Stahrtes. Casselbeny Water Reclamation Facility Biosolids Handling <br />Alan Ambler, Water Resources Manager, will provide a Powerpoint presentation detailing the existing biosolids handling <br />procedure, the effects of newly adopted Florida Department of Environmental Protection Biosolids Regulations, and the <br />Public Works staff evaluations for fithue biosolids handling options. <br />7. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your band and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter. All comments must be duected to the Mayor or City Conunission as a whole, not an individual City <br />Conunissioner, a City staff member a• another member of the audience. Citizens may be heard during PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />ot• at any time any agenda item is before the City Conunission for consideration b}~ following the same procedure described <br />above. <br />~. Unless the item is removed fiom the Consent <br />Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all <br />items. <br />A. Special Invoice Report <br />Consideration of the Special Tnvoice Report for Brown, Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A., City Attorne}~ Services for <br />October 2011 in the amount of $14,632.72; Fisher & Phillips LLP, City Labor Attorney Services for September 2011 in <br />the amount of $910.00; Vasilis C. Katsafanas, City Labor Attorney Services for June 1 -October 10, 2011 in the amount <br />of $31,848.54; and Kosto & Rotella, P.A., Code Enforcement Lien Recover}~ Commission for Octobet• 14, 2011 invoice <br />in the amount of $6,040.00 and November 2, 2011 Invoice in the amount of $2,165.00 is requested. <br />13. Budget Amendment #11-061 -Adjustments to the FY2010-2011 Budget <br />City Connnission consideration of Budget Amendment #11-061 providing for recognition of certain one-time expenses <br />and revenues resulting in minor budget adjustments to the FY 2010-2011 Budget is requested. <br />
