The <br />motion passed unanimously. <br />~~ ~ ~ ~ <br />CE-10-02005 Disabled/inoz~erable/tcnlicensed vehicle ULDR 3-10.9 A (4)(b) <br />® Property located at 1419 Lalce Shore Dr. <br />CE-10-02337 SniRe sun(s) ULDR 3-16.8 <br />® Property located at 951 SR 436 <br />CE-10-02383 Desi n~ atedRa~Izin~ ULDR 3-10.9 (A) (4) <br />® Property located at 1435 Lalce Dr. <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, requested the above cases be set for Standing Orders. <br />l~®TI®1~1: Mr. McKernan moved to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-02005, 10-02337, and 10-02383 <br />were in violation of City Code, Sections 3-10.9A (4)(b), 3-16.8, 3-10.9 (A)(4) and failed to correct the <br />violation by the time specified for correction by the Code Enforcement Officer; that the violation is now <br />corrected; and that any violation of the same code by Respondent(s) within FIVE (5) years from the date of <br />this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. <br />Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />I~~~ <br />Ms. Smith, Chief Planner, requested the Code Enforcement Board to consider moving their meeting time to <br />6:30 PM. After general discussion, the Board agreed to change the future meeting time to begin at 6:30 <br />PM. (Due to notices that had already been sent out for the January meeting, the January meeting will begin <br />at 7:00 PM. and the February meeting will begin at 6:30 PM.) <br />Mr. Smith moved to adjourn the meeting at 8:30 pm.
