Ms. Marlene Broman, Code Compliance Officer, gave testimony for the above case. IVI®TI®I~I: Mr. Herron moved to find Respondents in CEB Case #10-02027 in violation of City Code, Section 305.3 SHC 1994 ED and that Respondents correct the violation before 1;00 p.m. 12/17/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 01/13/2011 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The Respondents are further ordered to contact the Code Inspector to verify compliance with this Order. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
