Paul L. IVIcI~ernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00745 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 06/24/2010. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 07/08/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 08/12/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. CE-10-00761 1301 Lancelot Way (foreclosure) World ,savings Bank Ys. Ccrsaclr ®yergrown property 70-2(C) repeat violation Marlene Broman, Code Enforcement Officer gave testimony for the above case. The City abated the property on 05/28/2010 by the landscape contractor. The property was in violation for 52 days and fines should be imposed plus $110.00 for mowing and administrative charges. Ms. Broman requested a $100.00 per day fine for the 52 days of violation. plus $110.00 for mowing and administrative cost. In CEB Case #10-00761, Robert C. Flint made a motion to find Respondent(s) was/were in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 (C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 11/19/2008. A fine in the amount of $100.00 is hereby imposed for 52 of repeat violation plus $110.00 for mowing and administrative cost. Kathleen A. Dale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
