Mr. Stevens stated he did call and spoke to <br />a person named "Bill" and aslced if a permit was needed to enclose the carport, the person he asked said no. <br />Paul L. IVIcI~ernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00211 in violation of City Code, <br />Section 1-4.3, and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 12/07/2010. Another hearing <br />will be held before this Board on 12/09/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there <br />is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each <br />and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. Another <br />hearing will be held before this Board on 07/08/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, <br />if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $50.00 per day will be imposed for <br />each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date. The front of the property was abated <br />by the City, the rear was not due to the gate being loclced and the landscaper could not get in. <br />Paul L. I~IcI~ernan to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00670 in violation of City Code, Section 70-2 <br />(C), and that Respondent(s) correct the violation before 1:00 p.m. 06/24/2010. Another hearing will be held <br />before this Board on 07/08/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no <br />compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of $25.00 per day will be imposed for each and <br />every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
