A fine in the amount of <br />$100.00 is hereby imposed for 43 of repeat violation. <br />Kathleen A. Male made a motion to find Respondent(s) in CEB Case #10-00930 was/were in violation of <br />City Code, Section 3-10.9(A)(4) and failed to correct the violation by the time specified for correction by <br />the Code Enforcement Officer; that the violation is now corrected; and that any violation of the same code <br />by Respondent(s) within I+'IVE (5) years from the date of this Order shall be treated as a repeat violation, <br />for which a fine of up to $500.00 per day may be imposed. <br />David Ilenson seconded the motion. <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br />
