McI~ernan made a motion to find Respondent(s) in repeat violation of City Code, Section 70-2(C), pursuant to the Board's original Order of 05/19/2009, and that Respondent(s) is/are to correct the repeat violation as required in the Board's original Order of 05/19/2009. A fine of X100.00 per day is hereby imposed to commence 04/08/2010 and continue until there is compliance. The Respondent(s) is/are further ordered to Contact the Code Enforcement Officer to verify compliance with this Order. Kathleen A. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Another hearing will be held before this Board on 07/08/2010 to determine compliance by the aforestated date, and, if there is no compliance by the aforestated date, a fine in the amount of X25.00 per day will be imposed for each and every day the violation continues past the aforestated date.
