Respondents shall notify the Code <br />Compliance Officer to verify compliance. Mr. Henson seconded the motion. The motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />REQUEST FOR REDUCTION/INAIVER OF LIEN <br />Parking /large vehicle-commercial copy only - ULDR Section 3-10.9 A,1,A <br />® CE-09-01594 Property located at 1320 Guinevere Dr <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, gave testimony for the above case. <br />Vicki Shelfer, 1320 Guinevere Dr, gave testimony. <br />Laura Shelfer, 1320 Guinevere Dr, gave testimony. <br />MOTION: Mr. Henson moved that the Board recommend to the City Commission that the lien <br />will be reduced in this case from $1,850.00 to $ 925.00, to be paid within 60 days of the <br />commission's order or the fine reverts to the original fine amount. The reason for this reduction is <br />gravity of the violation, accrued amount of the lien and previous or subsequent code violations. <br />Mr. McKernan seconded the motion.
