CITY ®F CASSEL~E Y <br />CI)E ENF®12C~liilE~t ®A NIEE'I'I~TG <br />IVI CSI 10, 2011 <br />The City of Casselberry's Code Enforcement Board held its regular meeting Thursday, March 10, <br />2011, at 6:30 p.m., in the City of Casselberry Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, <br />Casselberry, Florida. Mr. Henderson, Chairperson, called the meeting to order at 6:35PM. <br />PLEDGE OF ALLIGIANCE <br />ROLL CALL <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: <br />Richard L. Henderson -Chairperson <br />Kathleen A. Hale -Vice-Chairperson <br />Paul L. McKernan <br />Noel Smith <br />David Henson <br />Kenneth Herron <br />CODE ENFORCEMENT BOARD ATTORNEY: <br />Debra Babb-Nutcher, Board Attorney <br />CITY STAFF PRESENT: <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Ketron Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor <br />Marlene Broman, Code Compliance Officer <br />Luis Rivera, Code Compliance Officer <br />Brenda Jones, Recording Secretary <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />Mr. Henson moved to approve the minutes from the February 10, 2011 Code Enforcement Board <br />Meeting. Ms. Hale seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. <br />SWEARING IN OF THOSE IN ATTENDANCE <br />Ms. Babb-Nutcher, Board Attorney, swore in those who would testify. <br />INTRODUCTION OF CASES <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that all events occurred within the incorporated <br />limits of the City of Casselberry. The Officer's notes, case narratives, testimony, photographs, <br />supporting documents and PowerPoint presentation were all entered as part of the official record. <br />SUBSEQUENT HEARINGS IN COMPLIANCE <br />CE-10-02035 No building permit- ULDR Section 1-4.3 <br />® Property located at 3950 S Highway 17/92 <br />Mr. Brown, Code Compliance Supervisor, advised that the above case was in compliance due to <br />the property owner obtaining the proper permit, no fine should be imposed. <br />MOTION: Ms. Hale moved to find that Respondent(s) in this case have complied with the Board's prior <br />order by the date specified in that Order and no fine will be imposed.
