No one came forward. <br />Mr. Aramendia asked for a motion to address CU 11-01. Mr. Bakalla recommended approval of CU 11-01 <br />based on the staff report dated February 4, 2011 as presented. Request for a one year extension to a site <br />plan approval (SPR 07.19) to construct a school within the Legacy Park development located on Seminola <br />Boulevard, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Mr. Eric Raasch, Planner I, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated February 4, 2011, <br />to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community Development <br />Department). Mr. Raasch stated Staff supports the applicant's request to extend the site plan approval for Geneva <br />School, SPR 07-19, from February 23, 2011 to February 23, 2012. He said the Planning and Zoning Commission's <br />motion to recommend approval of the extension request for SPR 07-19 for Geneva School would be based on the <br />staff report dated February 4, 2011, the findings of fact and conclusions of the February 23, 2009 City Commission <br />meeting, the Site Plan Agreement (Exhibit B) and the City Commission's letter of approval dated February 24, 2009 <br />(Exhibit C). Mr. Raasch added an additional condition of approval that the applicant must pay the $50 extension fee <br />within 30 days. <br />A brief discussion ensued regarding the site plan extension process. The Commission requested staff <br />research the status of Senate Bill 360 which allowed an automatic 2 year extension for all development approvals. <br />Mr. Aramendia asked the applicant to come forward.
