The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 1436 State Road 436 #1024. <br />2. The conditional use shall be limited to Chef Bruno Restaurant (aka EI Buzo.) <br />3. All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and within the approved site plan <br />area. <br />4. Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption are prohibited. <br />5. The hours of alcohol sales shall comply with the hours set forth in Section 10-2 of the City of <br />Casselberry code. <br />6. Alcohol sales shall be ancillary to food sales. <br />7. The business shall remain incomplete compliance with all City, County and State requirements. <br />8. There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services or vehicles. <br />9. The conditional use shall commence within 90 days of the approval, <br />10. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days. <br />11. All signage requires additional permit approval and must comply with all City requirements. <br />12. All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />The applicant was not available. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked if.there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in favor of, or in opposition <br />to, the request. No one came forward. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address CU 10-11. Mr. Aramendia recommended approval of CU 10- <br />11, Chef Bruno, as presented. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: CU 1012• Spice Khazana Conditional use request to allow the consumption of <br />alcoholic beverages in conjunction with a restaurant operation in a CG zoning district. Property located at <br />1275 South US Highway 1792, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Mr. Jason Sorensen, Planning Technician, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated <br />January 7, 2011, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on file in the Community <br />Development Department). Mr. Sorensen stated upon review of the conditional use request, the Planning and Zoning <br />Commission's approval of CU 10-12 to allow the on-site consumption of alcoholic beverages as allowed by the 2COP <br />state license, in conjunction with the operation of a restaurant located at 1275 South US Highway 17-92, should be <br />based on the findings of fact and conclusions of the staff report dated January 7, 2010, and the following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the location of 1275 South US Highway 17-92. <br />2. All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and indoorsI <br />3. Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption are prohibited. <br />
