CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSIONI <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, November 10, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Daniel Hale <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Members absent: <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Staff members present: <br />Sandra Smith, Chief Planner <br />Eric Raasch, Planner I <br />Jason Sorensen, Planning Technician <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on October 13, 2010. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />on Wednesday, October 13, 2010. Mr. Aramendia moved to accept the October.13, 2010 minutes as presented. Mr. <br />Weinroth seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />Mr. Hale disclosed he had ex parte communications with a friend regarding the length of motor homes and <br />he said it would not affect his decision. Mr. Parkhurst disclosed he received a phone call regarding the lengths of <br />motor homes, <br />Third Item of Business: MISC: 10-04: Pain Mana_ eg ment. Recommendation fora 180-day moratorium on <br />approvals for the operation of certain businesses within the City related to cash only pharmacies, family <br />medical practices and pain management clinics. <br />
