Planning & Zoning Commissionl <br />Local Planning Agency <br />September 22, 2010 <br />Page 2 <br />Commission of the Comprehensive Plan Amendment for the subject properties, based on the findings of fact and <br />conclusions, the staff report dated September 17, 2010, and the following: <br />1. It is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. It is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses and zonings. <br />3. City services are available and will not be negatively impacted. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor of, or in opposition to, the request. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida <br />came forward, Mr. Casselberry questioned the current and proposed future land use designation for the properties. <br />He felt that it was not changing any use capacity for the properties. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 10-11. Mr. Bakalla provided a favorable recommendation <br />to the City Commission for Comprehensive Plan Amendment for LPA 10-11 future land use changes from Seminole <br />County Low Density to City of Casselberry Low Density Residential. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: ®ther Business <br />There being no further business to come before the Board, motion was made, seconded, and passed to <br />adjourn. ~~~ <br />/ n <br />~ ~ <br />Joni rxon, Secretary <br />
