It is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />2. It is compatible with the surrounding mix of land uses and zonings. <br />3. City services are available and will not be negatively impacted. <br />After a brief discussion, Mr. Parkhurst asked if there was anyone in the audience who wished to speak in <br />favor of, or in opposition to, the request. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 South Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, Florida <br />came forward, Mr. Casselberry questioned the current and proposed future land use designation for the properties. <br />He felt that it was not changing any use capacity for the properties. <br />Mr. Parkhurst asked for a motion to address LPA 10-11. Mr. Bakalla provided a favorable recommendation <br />to the City Commission for Comprehensive Plan Amendment for LPA 10-11 future land use changes from Seminole <br />County Low Density to City of Casselberry Low Density Residential. Mr. Van Meter seconded the motion.
