CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION/ <br />LOCAL PLANNING AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission/Local Planning Agency held a public meeting on <br />Wednesday, September 22, 2010, at 6:30 P.M. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake <br />Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Harley Parkhurst, Chairman <br />Stanley Weinroth <br />Nathan Van Meter, Jr. <br />Edmund Bakalla <br />Daniel Hale <br />Members absent: <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice-Chairman <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Victor Lutz, Alternate <br />Staff members present: <br />Eric Raasch, Planner <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Approval of Minutes for the public meeting held on September 8, 2010. <br />Mr. Parkhurst stated the Chair was open for a motion on the approval of minutes for the public meeting held <br />on Wednesday, September 8, 2010. Mr. Bakalla moved to accept the September 8, 2010 minutes. Mr. Van Meter <br />seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Second Item of Business: Disclosure of Ex Parte Communications. <br />None of the Commissioners declared an ex pane communication. <br />Third Item of Business: LPA 10.11: Annexed Properties. Amending the Future Land Use Map from Seminole <br />County LDR (Low Density Residential) to City of Casselberry LDR (Low Density Residential). Propedies are <br />located at northeast corner of Anchor Road and Lotus Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Mr. Eric Raasch, Planner, reviewed the information provided in his memorandum dated September 17, 2010 <br />supported by a PowerPoint presentation, to the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission (a copy is on <br />file in the Community Development Department). Mr. Raasch requested a favorable recommendation to the City <br />
